Some mucus in the body serves a purpose but an overgrowth of mucus creates the perfect environment for dis-ease in the body. Now is not the time to allow mucus to disrupt your ecosystem.
Mucus acts as a protective covering over the mouth, nose, sinuses, throat, lungs, and gastrointestinal tract preventing the tissue underneath from drying out. Mucus also traps unwanted substances like bacteria and dust before they can get into the body.
Here are some mucus-causing foods to avoid, especially for those with respiratory challenges:
There are other foods that may create mucus in some and not others so listen to your body after each meal, to determine what you should avoid.

Not sure what's in your hand sanitizer...
Make your own! With the recent recall by the FDA on many hand sanitizers it's time to take action.
Many commercial hand sanitizers have toxic chemicals that will actually make you sick and not protect you. Below is a quick toxic free hand sanitizer recipe.
1 ½ tsp witch hazel
⅓ tsp vitamin E oil
15 drops tea tree essential oil
½ cup aloe vera gel
Transfer to a pump or squeeze bottle and use for up to 2 weeks. Because of the antimicrobial properties of witch hazel and tea tree oil, this hand sanitizer is a powerful disinfectant. Unlike commercial hand sanitizers, however, it does not use alcohol to dry out your hands and actually functions as a restorative moisturizer.

Acidity is a silent killer, causing inflammation in the body which is the root of all disease.
pH (potential of hydrogen)
is a scale ranging from 0-14. 0 being highly acidic 7 being neutral and 14 being highly alkaline.
A pH imbalance over time will lower your body’s ability to absorb minerals, proteins, and other nutrients, as well as decrease your body’s
ability to repair damaged cells and detoxify heavy metals. Acidity also breeds fatigue, illness, disease, cancer and aging. While alkalinity promotes health, vibrancy and well-being.
*Stay in an alkaline state to increase and maintain your immunity.

With the news reports of rising COVID cases here are a few things to keep in mind.
Mask are encouraged but extended mask use can cause hypoxemia or hypoxia. When your body doesn't have enough oxygen, you could get hypoxemia or hypoxia. These are dangerous conditions. Without oxygen, your brain, liver, and other organs can be damaged just minutes after symptoms start.
Hypoxemia (low oxygen in your blood) can cause hypoxia (low oxygen in your tissues) when your blood doesn't carry enough oxygen to your tissues to meet your body's needs.
Please be mindful of getting use to having your mask on that you forget to take it off when you are alone (in your vehicle, outside or in your home). Our every breath is so important that God personally gave it to us.
Genesis 2:7 GNT Then the Lord God took some soil from the ground and formed a man out of it; He breathed life-giving breath into his nostrils and the man began to live.
